Do you know a surgeon offering this method, the serbian doctor will left LL in some years, another option?
If monorials tibias are comfortable, why many surgeons dont consider it?

Dr Parihar told me that even though they seem to make lengthening more simple, it's really more complicated to lengthen with them, particularly with CLL. They're more prone to causing misalignment, usually valgus deformity, and patients get ballerina foot a lot more quickly with them because there is nothing to attach to the foot to keep it neutral. I know Dr Talwar's team will use them, as well as the surgeons at ISIC and the doc that did Disobedient's case. Not sure who else though.
There is a diary with Dr Inan Muharrem here, the guy did almost 7 cm. I knew that there was something wrong with this thing, because Dr. Mangal doesnt consider it, the only advantage is that they are a little more comfortable, I dontk now if ballerina food could avoided with this devices or at least minimized.
I think sweden mentioned someone lengthening with monorails and ending up horribly.
With Sarin?
Because the few diaries here shows that can be done with a little more complications than LON, but a little more comfort.
Yes more comfortable but, I dont know, if a surgeon like Parihar doesnt recommend it, I would avoid it.
Mitkovic told me that he willl left this in some years, but after that what would happen with Mitkovic external fixation method, which is monorial I think.
