If this happened, how would you phrase an email to your parents begging for helping in this scenario?

Trying to think through the worst case scenarios and what would be done next

Though hopefully if I just stick to 4-5 cm tibias this won't be a problem

There's won't be instant ballerina. It'll happen in slow motion so you can stop if you feel it's getting harder to do some stretches. Also, you can get gastrocnemius recession.
