Ilizarov: How to keep your feet in the correct 90 degrees position

Hi friends, I was wondering if anyone who has done the operation with Ilizarov frame can suggest me some good method to keep the feet in the correct 90 degrees position.

Because I am using an elastic with Dr. Scholl but they are terrible, they get humid inside and my feet freeze. I am looking for other solutions.
