ilizarov with nail ???

Hello, I talked to my doctor about surgery and he offered to do the lon method with ilizarov  He said that the outer part will come out after 3 months, just like the lon method. Does anyone know about this method? What are the differences from the classic lon? More affordable in price

Right there is only a frame difference. I'm wondering what the difference will be with the ilizarov ring method for 3 months instead of the External Fixator.
