illness certificate by Ll surgery

Hello I wanted to know if any of you know if during the extension period you can take advantage of the work sickness and if the doctors can write and send a certificate of non-suitability to work .. this is because I do not work independently I wouldn't ask for the expectation for 3 months losing rights.

Ps. Being Italian and probably going to Greece from Giotikas I could take advantage of the disease abroad, as long as it is prescribed and sent.

If your having planned surgery.. then you should ask your doctor of a sickness certificate .. as most them will issue them

I am not a doctor so I am not so sure whether Dr can write what you want.  I think it is possible but a doctor needs to describe the reason or symptom and time and so on, meaning that the letter/certificate should include the description about your surgery.  Is that fine for you?
