Insurance for PT / Nail Removal?

Two questions for those who have walked the walk. Is the 13-15k nail removal covered by insurance? And how does one get PT to be covered by insurance?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Nail removal is 12-15k with DR.M? Lol

My understanding is that PT should be covered by your insurance depending on what you have.

Also, nail removal after 1 year should also be covered by insurance.
