As we know Nuvasive dominates the internal nail market. Do you guys think they will control the market for the next 10 or maybe 20 years. I'm hoping another company steps in and creates their own nails that can rival the precise and Stryde. Competition in a market where only one company controls the price is good for us consumers.

Quote from: Serilium on March 16, 2021, 10:29:57 PMSynoste, a finnish company, is the current front runner to be a major competitor against Nuvasive at the moment. Their Nitinail is a similar fully weightbearing smart lengthening device that does not require racheting like Betzbone and will be easy to lengthen like the Stryde.
Interesting hopefully there nails come out within the next 5 years. I wonder if they will set the price cheaper since they don't have a track record like nuvasive
