Hello guys. I am currently 23 yo and wondered if it was better to do an internal or external lengthening for both tibias? I’m considering lengthening by 5cm.

23 year old meaning you probably don't have a lot of money and your goal is 5cm which is reasonable so do externals. External only would be best, but you could do LON/LATN if you don't want to wait as long but that of course carries more risks and its more expensive. There are a lot of external tibia doctors to choose from varies price points.
Decisions, decisions.

External only with tsf frames.
Anything else is a waste of money and unnecessary risks for your case.

The Holly question is money or no money? External would be your BEST choice, but not that comfortable.
