Is 8cm Femurs a good idea?

Hi I'm considering doing 8cm Femurs. From 173cm/5'8 to 181cm/5'11.25 I would like to really add more than 8cm however I've been told I might have long legs/short torso.

However I feel like I have to compromise at 8cm (single LL) for the sake of my wingspan and torso/leg length
My wingspan is 176cm/5'9.
So Even at my LL Goal of 181cm having a negative wingspan of 5cm/2 inch isn't too bad.
I'm not sure how to measure femur/tibia length or my torso accurately. That's why I didn't include any measurements for my torso/femur/tibia length.

Also can I claim 6'0/183cm or even 6'1/185cm? From 181cm/5'11.25

Before/After Height? And also did you have short Legs perviously?
