It's just a simple question. I'd like to know what do you think about it, especially those who personally met with doctors and had experience with this surgery. As a number of such doctors is probably going to be lower in the future (I think it's rather not a popular career option and there are only few doctors around the world that could train new specialists). And costs of developing new tools/nails etc. are high (companies and their shareholders want their money back after all those costly reasearch and product development). So it's kind of convenient to think that a future price is going to rise because of aforementioned factors.
