It doesn't seem "too good to be true", because it is expensive. If it was cheap, it'd definitely be "too good to be true". Still, any reviews on something like this?

So does it actually work? If it works, then why isn't anyone talking about it and instead spending dozens of thousands on leg lengthening when you could just take this stuff? 1000$ is a small price to pay even if you have to pay it every week for 4 months in comparison to LL.
