I’m just curious because if you were to do Arm lengthening you’d not want a super long upper arm compared to forearm.
Just lenghten tibias, femur, humerus, forearms and clavicles and boom you are proportional. And if you starrted with long torso you are perfect. Just use hgh to get bigger head, feet and hands.

Possible, but most doctors won't do it for cosmetic reasons as it's the most dangerous segment to lengthen whereas humerus lengthening is the easiest.

The amount of muscles in the forearm compared to the arm, I can see why doctors would be so hesitant to lengthen the forearm. https://www.healthline.com/human-body-maps/arm-muscles#forearm-muscles

I always assumed it would’ve been similar to the upper arm didn’t realise it was that problematic
It is. Dr Giotikas told me in my web consultation he performed humerous lengthening in dwarfs for function.
Forget it. Even humerus lengthening isn't necessary or a wise choice in most cases.
