can we train our upper body muscle (Starting from abdomen to the upper body part) if we are going to do femur?

Yea I believe upper body is no problem just no squats or anything leg related to upper body so deadlifts etc are not recommended

You should also train your legs for strength and flexibility. Just don't build them up too much, so no heavy squatting or dead lifts, use leg curl, hamstring curls and do freestanding squats, no weights, as demonstrated in my videos.
