As most people know, a man that is 5'7 and another one that is 6'4 might have the same muscle weight but while the first one looks big and muscular, the second one looks normal. My question here is if that first man that is 5'7 gains 6 inches and is now 6'1, will he still look very muscular because his frame didn't change and he just has longer legs or will his frame change and he will look normal and would need more muscle like the second guy? If anyone has any self anecdotes or facts it would be great to know
Is it harder to fill a frame with muscle after surgery?

Getting muscles in legs will be somehow more difficult after LL but if they are not skinny and you have a strong torso you will definitely look bulkier compared to physically taller guys.
Of course you should have a mesomorph body and not a skinny and small one like many short huys have because in that case you won't look more muscular compared to normal taller guys.
That’s wonderful

Yep, follistatin seems really promising however not enough study to back it up and kinda expensive but if it works definitely worth it
