I wonder if there's a possibility of ED due to LL surgery, especially on femurs. I'm not talking about complete ED but partial ED due to vascular or neurogenic nature.

Is there a chance that during surgery a surgeon might damage the crucial nerves / arteries required for erectile function?

Yes, I’ve heard of people losing sensation of those parts with butcher Yuksel Yurttas and other butcher doctors in Turkey.

Maybe it has the highest risks with LON femur due to pins piercing through fascia, thus the possibility to damage nerves or arteries of femur that might affect erectile function.
