Is japan the higest price?

In japan there is two clinic which do CLL
shirayuri beauty clinic (tokyou)and sky clinic(oosaka)
shirayuri beauty clinic prcice price is about　150000＄（bilateral)
sky clinic only do LON(EXTENAL FRAME) which price is about 100000＄(bilateral,hospital stay 3days include)
these clinic cant do bilateral lengthning ( I entreated bilateral lenghening but rejected
because it is too dangerous)
I think this is the highest price in the world, is it right?

For what reason? Because they're the only places in Japan that do this surgery? That's the only reason I could think of

That is by far most expensive!!  Consider other choices for CLL.

I went Consultation　both clinic
It seems that both clinic has no　enthusiasm　for CLL
and CLL is thier sideline , shirayuri mainly face repair and lipo sky is　Orthopedic　mainly within
insurance　treatment
ps
shirayuri overall cost(anesthesia fee 1000＄per surgery ,hospital stay cost 1000＄per day) ,is more than 160000＄
furthermore ,shirayuri dr ito charge 　20000 per 1cm more than 5cm lenghening if patient want
