i have mild disc degeneration in my cervical spine and lower back but it is not bad. No nerves pinched YET, but it's in poor muscular state but I am working on it.
can LL in femur be risky?
will the stretched muscles cause more spasming in the back?
Is LL bad for people with spondylosis?
My dad has this problem. Correct me if I'm wrong but there is no cure and the only way to slow its progression is constant exercise. So keep in mind if you do this surgery there will be long periods of inactivity. Even if you constantly exercise it will hardly replace the movements of getting up and walking around.
So if you're planning on doing this, maybe go with Guichet who is very pro pt and speak with a physiotherapist about lower back exercises to help you out.
Personally I wouldn't recommend it, but then again CLL overall is something we everyone of us does against recommendation.
My dad has this too and it seems manageable but I REALLY wouldn't want to be stuck in a bad situation with it while having faulty legs. You should consult a really good doctor and take his opinion.
