Hey everyone,

In case money is not a problem

Would increasing both femurs and tibias by 3 cm help in regaining 95% of athleticism?

I am interested in hearing from individuals who have undergone this procedure.

Moreover, what are your thoughts on solely lengthening tibias by 5-6cm – is this a wise choice? (Due to the necessity of correcting bowlegs and simultaneously lengthening tibias, I cannot focus solely on femurs)

Thank you

If I were in your position, I would opt for a 3cm tibia and 5cm femur, staying within safe limits.

I promise you individuals grow more fearful every day. By 2026, there will be supporters of 2cm limb lengthening claiming it is “safe”.

I am not interested in anyone’s excuses for being timid, share them with someone who is interested.

I believe you should attempt 0.5 cm of lengthening on the tibias and 0.5 cm on the femurs. This method will enable you to maintain your athleticism.

I have a better alternative; by doing nothing, keeping each segment at zero centimeters, you will be secure and concise.

Going through this for less than 5 cm is quite foolish…

It varies. If I were 5’7 and aiming for 5’9, I would likely increase 4 cm on femurs and 2.5 on tibs ideally, considering biomechanics, proportions, safe limits, etc., in a perfect scenario. If finances are not a problem, and you are uncertain about your desires, consulting a therapist to determine if this is truly what you desire would be advisable. Once committed, there is no turning back. This procedure is complex and unique to each patient, taking into account factors such as pain tolerance, flexibility, and mental well-being. These aspects must be carefully evaluated, as one of them will significantly impact your experience. The worst mistake would be undergoing surgery only to realize later that your desire was not as strong as you initially believed, as this will severely test your patience.

If you are 5ft 7, you will require more than 2 inches of limb lengthening if you undergo 2 surgeries. Being 5ft 9 falls short of reaching the maximum height benefits; it may be more advantageous to aim for at least 5ft 11 after undergoing 2 surgeries.

Nah, you should opt for 0cm so that you can recuperate in under 1 second and not compromise any athleticism, bro.

But my squat figures, bro!

It’s preferable to be a battle gnome power manlet rather than an average-sized human, bro!
