Dr. Donghoon claims you can lengthen up to 14cm safely. This seems a little outrageous to me.

Paley's maximum lengthening program is 16 cm 
I wonder how proportionate someone with average proportions initially would look after something like that
If I did that I'd be like 6'1" and that seems very strange to imagine

Well, it's a maximum. Maybe me means not everyone can get that. It seems like an outrageous promise to make that anyone could achieve that much.

Agree. I think 8-9cm should be maximum for athletic performance and good recovery, and even that isn't guaranteed.
