What is your sitting height just for curiosity, mine at 5 8" was 89 cm and now 5 9" is 37 inches.

89 and 92 cm, 92 is more or less 37 inches(36.5), that is it really. 5 8" (172.7) and now (175.7)  I call it just 5 9".

Theoretically the best increase total is 13 CM.

Average sitting height of 90cm is 176-178cm range. Most short males suffer significant height loss in their legs

That's American average different ethnicities have different proportions.

You have something to back it up? I'm curious.

And ye, i know i have a bit long torso but i was more about him being 185cm with 92sh.
For example Apo has like 91cm of sitting height but he is 6'2 and his proportions are terrible.

I found a chart back in march online that compared sitting height to standing height ratios with age groups I'll look for it and post the link. And yea I agree that would be out of proportion one of the reasons you should never go from 5"5 to 6+
