Hi everyone,
I'm currently facing some issues with scheduling surgery at BeckerBetzInstitute and I’m hoping someone with prior experience can help.
I’ve already paid the deposit and successfully scheduled a surgery date. However, the process of obtaining a visa to enter Germany has been problematic due to very slow response times from the clinic. Email replies are delayed, and despite my payment and confirmed date, the support for preparing visa documentation has been minimal.
Now I'm concerned that I might not receive my visa in time for the scheduled surgery date.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with scheduling or communication delays?
Would it be advisable to try rescheduling to a later date, or even consider canceling the current appointment?
Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your concern. I have received the invitation letter and scheduled an appointment with the German embassy’s visa support agency in my country. Unfortunately, appointments need to be booked about a month in advance, so I might not receive the visa in time for the scheduled surgery. Therefore, I have postponed the surgery to September. I will keep you updated on the situation and provide a surgery timeline once I receive the visa and arrive in Germany.
