So, i don't know if this section of the forum is correct for this argument, but I found an article on the site of wannabetaller and I wanted to know what do you think about because i see things like this only in forum that i recognise as scam (lsjl, tapatalk, ecc). The article is this, let me know if you believe in this method or if you have tried this before: https://wannabetaller.com/kicking-exercises-to-help-increase-your-height/#:~:text=Kicking%20Exercises%3A%20Pendulum%20Kick,-The%20pendulum%20kick&text=You%20won't%20need%20to,eventually%20add%20to%20your%20height.

Quote from: Medium Drink Of Water on January 24, 2023, 03:09:19 PMI do kicking exercises every day.  They stretch your legs, that's all.  Almost any stretch will make you a tiny bit taller.

so it's about the stretching not about the theory of microfractures that is written in the article?
