HORRIBLE KNEE PAIN AKA  KNEE Arthritis is very common in limb lebghtening. Of course , docotors do not talk about this, because it would scare patients,
but i had this too.

So here ist how you solve it:  It is not only a muscle problem but also a knee problem aka inflamation.  If you take  IBUPROFEN the pain will go away and IBUProfen is against inflamation.
But IBUPROFEN schould not be taken too much. So explained the background you understand why you should take this supplement.

Here is how i solved it.

1. TAKE (Glucosamin+Chondroitin+hyaluronic acid)  Capsules very day mornings and evenings one. The Knee is made of Glucosamin. People with Knee Arthritis take this and also hyaluronic acid is injected into the knee of patiens with knee arthritis.

2. Take a Vitamin E Complex because it is the most potent antioxident.  Will reduce the pain naturally without using IBUPROFEN.

3. Take an OMEGA 3 OIL Capsule. This will reduce the pain also naturally because Omega 3 Oil is anti inflamation.

4. Massively put weight on the leg with the pain knee.    So walk on the leg with knee pain and bear the pain. IF you cannot bear the pain, then take ibuprofen pain medic.
This is the most important. When you do this regurlarly, the pain will get better and better.
Then when you achieve NO PAIN on walking anymore, but pain on walking stairs, then in the gym , use the device for climbin stairs, again you will have pain, bear it, continue.
If you repeat this cycle then the pain will go away, but it is NOT EASY.  Repeat putting the WEIGHT on the leg , PUT WEIGHT on the leg in gym and tolerate the pain it is normal.
Do this regurlarly and there comes a time where the pain will go away completly.

Congrats on wrapping up the LON round! Mind sharing which clinic handled it? Did your surgeon give a timeline for when the knee aches and duck‑foot angle should fade? How sharp is that knee pain day‑to‑day? Hearing this has me a bit anxious too
