Going up and down stairs, jumping, maybe jogging. The range of motions around your ankles, would be great. I'm already experiencing some tightness at 3 cms

Actually more interested in how you look generally. But for physical activies, I think Jumping, high-knee jog, squats, and stretches (like how low can you reach: your toes and/or floor) would be nice.
