I am a 20 year Old , 152 cm girl , petite.
I am really concerned about whats the True Difference between a method such as LATN or LON   and   Precice (either the 2 or Stryde)
My Budget can Definitely afford the LATN or LON but for stryde i would have to take a huge loan ! & ive been reading some diaries of people whove done external method and say that its succesful but painful but on the other side people who do precice still say theres pain and the nails are weaker ? So it makes me really confused about what should i go for ?  Sometimes i totally cancel the idea of doing the surgery of Precice as its gonna cost me Everything & more and its all gonna be for just 6-7 cm but then i think about the LATN which is not as costy and also will give the same result.......?

My Main Questions are ;
____________________________
1]  Pain Level ? ——> if i ever do something like LATN will the pain be extremely more than precice or just a bit more ?
2] knee & ankle damage or injury ??  I already have some knee pain so would the surgery cause permenant damage to them or affect my walking ? and does this effect depend on my choice of either LATN or precice or it doesnt matter ?

3] Back Pain in case of femurs ? If i choose femur instead of Tibia as it stronger , will i avoid knee pain completely? As the nail is high up on the hips ? Or still it has its own complications?

4] Overall Which one has more Advantages and less complications? FEMUR or TIBIA?  I also will move to new york in about a year and we walk ALOT there so i camt undergo a surgery that would affect my walking abilities or cause me permenant problems in knee/ back ?

So what do you guys think ? I should go with LATN and my bones would recover themselves in about a year or the case is more serious than that and i should wait until i save enough money ?

Please share with me your experiences & knowledge specially if you have undergone LATN or LON surgery ? Do you think its just a matter of one year and my body will function normally again or this surgery may leave scars and complications that will stay with me a lifetime ?
