that guy is insane, he did his first surgery with Buldu and he got some complications, now he is over extending his tibias over any sane measure, he will develop arthritis very young, and his walking looks wierd because the off proportions.

He looks so off-proportionally, and he reminds me of some comic/cartoon character now. Btw, he seems to be happy, so good for him.
What I don't like is that he's ruining the perception of this surgery, willing or not, he's the most famous one on social media showing his lengthening journey.
I think that height dysphoria is a serious mental burden, and he's not capable of describing it, reducing everything to a lengthening rat race for being accepted by girls. I think there is more to this when we are talking about it, and I would have preferred a more mature person to speak about this topic.
