Organs like heart or kidneys grow appropriately when you grow up.
But if you lengthen your legs after the end of your natural growth, will the organs be burdened over years eventually getting weak and making you vulnerable to disease(like heart failure, kidney failure, etc)?
Has anybody heard about it?
Lengthened legs will burden your internal organs?

Probably, I don't know. Depends on how you rehab.
No more than someone who gains muscle from lifting weights.

How is it related to organ health? I can't figure out the relationship between the stiffness of tibia and the burden of heart

muscle mass actually helps with body circulation, heart function and a lot of others while lengthened legs will likely be just burden for the organs
Explain.
