I would like to lengthen at least 5 inches, i know its not really possible to do that in 1 surgery or on 1 segment so i need to know the best way to divide it up as far as safety (for example 2.5 in on both tibia and femurs, or 3 on femurs 3 on tibias, or vice versa) idk but i need to find out the safest way. Also a good recomendation for a doctor would be helpful too if possible

This is answered a multitude of times in the many threads. Search "quadrilateral"

Im currently 5'8 with a 5'11 wingspan so after i do the surgery id be 6'1 with a 5'11 so my arms wouldnt be that short. My torso however would be short but it wont be very noticeable

You need to leave your sphere of dreams. 4 inches is pushing it let alone 6....
