I have 40,000 usd saved up, i am wanting to get 8cm on my femurs, any recommendations, is latn method okay? doctors, prices, thoughts

No don't do externals on femurs, save up another 40K to do it with a good US doctor or about another 20-25K to do it in Greece with Giotikas.
