For the people that have already done LL. I know your lives must’ve been way better. But how great does it feel to finally achieve a dream. Does your height dysphoria just fade away? And does your confidence just skyrocket. Is the saying No Pain No Gain really true? I haven’t done the surgery yet but I know I will feel wonderful if I have completed my surgery. So please share your feelings and joy.
1. I might have to change my name since you made your account first and they’re similar
2. I’m not DONE with surgery but I’m halfway there as of today. I am 4cm taller in my femurs. I don’t want to stop here, but if I did I would still be happy. I do not feel short anywhere I go (which is limited due to my walker) but another 4cm and I’ll feel massively tall. In a way I’ve already fixed my neurosis and am starting to get the luxury of being tall.
Yes to all, although sometimes there is gain without pain. But not in LL.

Yes to all. I'm 6.5cm in and I definitely feel better when a girl asks for my height. It makes me more confident so I can spend my time working on other weaknesses in my dating game.
Lastly, once you reach your lengthening goal (9cm) in my case, I don't anticipate I'll feel much regret not lengthening more. (12cm cap in the case of betzbone) After all, every centimeter comes with increased rate of complications and proportional deviations. Your mind balances out at the end.
Your goal height is fantastic!
I am about 4.5 months post surgery and although I am not fully recovered by a large margin, my walk is about 80% normal and I have begun to see and feel the benefits. I am no longer incredibly short (starting height of 163cm) and for the first time in my life, feel like I am a “normal” height at 170cm even if it’s not considered tall, I’m no longer noticeably short. It’s an amazing feeling and I have already started to shift my focus from LL back to my career and business goals but with the important difference of not hating and thinking about my short height every single day. Best decision I’ve ever made.
LL changed my life.
From being short to be completely average as with my case changed the way you feel and the way people see you, things that are commected of course.
That said, my height neurosis have not completely cured as still I would want about 5cm more to feel completely ok with myself but I can enjoy life as I want, something that never happened with my previous 1.68 height.
So yes, with LL the pain really worth the gains and if I have plenty of money (like a million euros and mo I would have done another one but not I can do much more.important things with the amount of money a fully internal femur LL needs so it not an option for me.
But I would like to say how much my life changed after LL that not only I haven't regret it but I would easily have done another one if I was rich.
Yea, I wish LL would be cheaper
