Hello, everyone.

My surgery was on May 5, 2015. Though I wanted to be taller since I was an adult, but decided to do it when I was 29 years old. I had known my doctor from 2014. About 1 year I talked to his patient, and finally I choosed him as a doctor. He lives and works in Russia, but once a month he comes to Azerbaijan to do surgery. I had been taken a computer tomography and I was waiting for my doctor. At last that great day came. I was a little nervous. I had a local anesthesia. My surgery continued 2 hours and 10 minutes. When I opened my eyes, began to cry. I was so happy, that at last I could do it. I stayed at the clinic for 4 days. After 2 days tried to walk, I could only do 4-5 steps, at the result began to cry. I felt terrible pain.
When I came at home, my pain began to decrease. I didnt take any painkillers during a month. But there were swelling on my ankles, which didnt let me some exercises.
My lengthening process took 4.5 months. After abt 4-5 cm I had a ballerin cendrome, that was making me to feel bad and depressing. I didnt want to walk, because my toe and front side of feet was pained. It was the only thing, that I regretted not to do enough streching and at the result it become "ballerin cendrome".
Generally, my sleeping was normal. During 4.5 months I couldnt sleep normal only abt 15 days. Though I was stoic, but some days the pain was unbearable. Even painkillers couldnt stop the pain.
On 9 may 2016, the apparatus was removed from left leg, and the other one was removed on 25 May 2016.
I lengthened my height abt 7 cm (one leg 7.1 cm, other one 7.2 cm). It was enough for me. Because if I did more, it could be disproportion. I am not tall now, but I am psychologically I feel good. My height was 146 cm before surgery, now it is 153 cm. I measured my height at home myself, but I am told it must be more.
Cause of ballerin, I could not walk unaided abt 9-10 months. Firstly I used a walker, then I became to use 4-legged walking sticks. After 7 months I returned to my work. And abt after 10 months began to walk unaided.
In the beginning it was diffucult to run, to go down stairs, but now I can run and do the phisycal acts that I could do before surgery.
Now I have little problem with muscles on the behing side of my legs. I can put my feet on the ground after ballerin cendrome, but I feel a little streching. And sometimes the ankle of my right foot get swelling if I wear high heels.
I am happy, that I did this surgery. And wanted to share it with you. If you have any questions, I will be glad to help you. But I work very hard, and I may not to answer you on time.
Have a nice day!

Thank you, Conan.

1. Lengthening - 4.5 months, consolidation - abt 7.5 months
2. My doctor advise me to do that. Because this way, your leg which is free from apparatus become strengther, till you remove another one.
3. To tell the truth, I dont remember exactly. 1-2 days I walked carefully, after that I walked normally.
4. I cant put a photo here, if you can explain me how to do it, I dont mind to share.
