Regarding xrays it's with the hospital.I am not here to prove anything r to advertise any one.

Tips for people who wants to do lengthening :
1 Atleast one month before lengthening starting working on ur legs and concentrate more on stretching exercises.
2 stop smoking and drinking
3 Certainly there will be pain but the fact is it is negligible air pain killers need not to worry.
4 after surgery mostly try to sleep at night's and try to avoid sleeping in morning time since morning our mobility and pain will be ok .But at night's the real discomfort will start.
5  start Drinking milk and eat eggs prior to surgery.
6 Be postive through out the surgery
7 Regular cleaning of pinsites is very important mostly early morning and before to sleep compulsory to avoid any infections r itching

23rd day of lengthening:Doctor visited early morning and.checked the flexibility of my ankles and knee and said everything ok.
It was like every other days turned the pins 0.25mm for four times.
No pain in the morning but after physio session in the evening till ten pm has a soothing pain infact it is bearable but a lot of uncomfortable .
Around 10 i have taken one low dose pain killer and then felt like normal again and went to sleep.

especially for people with low budget this is the best place with very good care 24/7 with in the hospital (unlike other hospitals we don't have to go to guesthouses and all) through out the treatment untill the patient walks.
2 Regular visits in the morning by dr ajay abrol.
abrol hospital is also having inbuilt physiotherapy centre where else we will be taken there everyday with ward boys for physiotherapy.
3Food at the hospital is very good and we will be provided only vegfood but high protein one.
Any one interested to see my pics can what's app me 00971569204527.
or You can visit me directly in hospital .So far here we are two patients  the other one is from Mumbai but she stays out side.
