Don't look out for the cheapest surgery! Try to find a reputable doctor. Germany is a good place to do this complex surgery.

According to diaries from patients, Dr. Axel Becker from the Betzinstitute seems to be a good doctor for this surgery.

Id say with flight, hotel, food, cabs - you're looking at over 65-70k with Betz/Becker.
Ive also heard of Dr Peter Thaller I think he is from Germany, I don’t know much about him but Victor recommended him

Peter Thaller is very expensive. More than 80K just for operation.
A good option would be Dr. Franz Birkholtz. He’s considered a top notch surgeon with a good team behind him. However, he doesn’t offer any weight bearing nails.
Dr. Becker offers WB nails but I don’t know much about him. The only thing I know is that people on this forum are giving positive feedback about him and his team.
