Is there any information out there pertaining to people who are already relatively tall (maybe around 178 cm and higher) who want to get the procedure done? The information I'm looking for could be diaries, experiences, how a taller starting height affects the risk of various complications, or just any other information regarding how the mechanics of the procedure are different when the patient is taller.
