The whole story is really complicated. Not sure about LL, but when someone goes to the hospital, they don't get to choose if it's full, unless they called prior to their treatment.

i was expecting this . i made a mistake as i told about my case. since i was confident with both of them, i let them decide themselves. but there are certain pateints who are insistent upon a doctor and will get it done by him.. over here that happens rarely though, since both are competent doctors

Good topic. We should indeed be vary of marketing companies. This procedure should involve mutual trust between the surgeon and patient primarily. Everything else is secondary. Even PT is generally relatively straightforward.
