Besides Paley is a huge name so it's like eating burger at Gordon Ramsey restaurant, you can get it cheaper of course but Ramsey has huge reputation.
There are pretty cheap doctors and really good ones(Parihar, Birkholtz for example).
Besides Sarin bad cases he allows his patients to do ridiculous amount of lengthening and his deals with old forum admin is enough of a red flag.
At least for me.

Sarin is not that bad choice, you don't need to go to a foreign country. But think about Dr Parihar he's good too. and about Paley, he can make the surgery cheaper, but he loves money and didn't beg anyone to make it with him. people themselves save a lot just to be his patientÂ
is there any chances of getting paralyzed by LL?
Ofc it is, there is even chance of getting limb amputation.
Under good experienced doctor risks are minimal, i don't know about Sarin doe.

You aren't gunna get paralyzed coming to sarin complications occur with any doctor but paralyzed is rare even with a doc with low experience
