Limb lengthening with dr solomin in a few months

Does anyone know the current cost of external tibia with solomin? I plan to go for. 5-5.5 cm in the next few months.
 
I’ve been a follower of this forum for a few years now. I currently have enough money saved to afford stryde femurs but do not want to spend all my savings on this. Can’t justify it. Would rather start with tibias and then maybe do 7cm in the future with stryde.

The reason I want to pick solomin is because obviously the price for the experience. Russia basically pioneered this so I feel that they would be more than qualified but again I am not sure. St. Petersburg is a safe tourist city when I looked it up but I don’t know about staying somewhere that cold for that long. I am from Florida USA.
