Quote from: ghkid2019 on June 20, 2020, 08:13:44 AMHi former, ik this is greedy but how feasible do you think if I take a 4 month gap (so like the second surgery a month after finishing distraction) between surgeries for quadrilaterals instead of 1 year? I understand 1 year minimum is optimal and 3 weeks apart is very difficult but what about 4 or 5 months apart?
Part of the reason most recommend this kind of gap for people looking to get a lot out of it is that it gives time for your muscles to recover and be able to stretch further. If you're not going to do that, you need to make sure you stretch like a madman and hope for the best.
¿ list of people who have done femur + tibia lenghtening ?

Literally the most recent two posts on his ig are about nerve injury.

Sorry, my bad. Totally missed that
Add Optimistic1 to the list. He did simultaneous quadrilaterals and gained like 5.5 or 6 inches.
Hello, I did both.
If you want to maximize your chances of achieving 8cm femurs and 8cm Tibias you have to prestretch and also wait at least a year in between procedures.
Having said this, 8cm is easier to achieve on femur than it is Tibias. When I was at Paley, most people could get 8cm and most only 4-6cm for Tibias.
Good luck!!

I did tibias at Paley recently and they had clamped down on people trying to go past 5cm on tibias.
