Hi ,
what do you think of lengthening limb at 5'11 ? is it possible to gain 9 cm with only one surgery ?

If you are already taller than most people you walk by, I wouldn't recommend it. If you live in a tall country like the Netherlands maybe you would be okay.

8cm femurs, 5cm tibias are the safe limits for single surgeries.

Try 12cm on tibias to be sure you'll be tall enough to not regret it.

Wear one inch lifts and be done with it, is my recommendation

You don't know how lucky you are at 5'11

I think it's a good idea tbh, you'd only have to lengthen a little bit to get over 6  feet. The lengthening and recovery would be alot faster than most of us.  Maybe look into Dr. Gioitkas or Parihar for internal femur and create a diary post about it on this forum

Nah men, 12 cm is too little, just do 15cm and get ATL 7cm and should be fine

From what I heard, Giotikas is probably a better choice than Parihar. Tell us how it goes, post a diary on this forum LL at 5'11

If you are already 5'11 then if you did just 2 inches to become 6'1 you'll have less risk than alot of us who want to lengthen more and I think you can get it done in less than 3 months
