LL in late 2014 / early 2015

I will be doing LL in India in February 2014. Going for LON tibia. I am also 173 and my aim is 7.5cm.

I would be terrified to do it in India. Is there something better about it than say, China or Russia?

I think there are probably some decent doctors in India that care about their patients.  I would need to read a few diaries from patients with positive results before I would go.  I think There is a lot of tension in Russia right now.  I wouldn't go there until things improve.

I'd rather do it in India since more people there speak English fine unlike in Russia and China. Also extended Visa are a pain to get in Russia.
