Wrong section here too. Go through the LL of doctors. If not listed here, stop searching.

In Turkey, limb lengthening operations are performed successfully. And the requests for cosmetic limb lengthening surgery is growing each day.
Due to the rise of USD compared to Turkish lira recently, there is a good chance for having operation for a reasonable price.
Here is the website of the guys who do LL surgery in Turkey: wannabetaller.com. To be honest, I found their prices attractive, and they include lots of services in the price, too. Moreover, there are several doctors and methods to choose from.
Hope this was helpful to you.

Not even a single patient going to Turkey had a successful diary here.
One patient (I don't remember his name) with diary here had a more than 1cm discrepancy after LL and generally a lot of bad things are heard about turkish doctors.
All that taken in mind plus that Turkey is very close to bankruptcy.
I would never do LL there. I would even prefer Rusia.

Turkey is famous for low-budget hair transplational and nose jobs. But I have never seen a single LL case from there.
