LL. Lying in bed, butt/under legs hard to scratch. What would you recommend?

Had femur surgery yesterday. Current method for above is sort of shifting over to my side, a bit painful for the legs to move at all so, in practice, the bottom of legs touching bed + butt get a bit warm/itchy '

hesitant to ask nurse to come w/ "call the nurse" button at hospital each time I want to scratch those places

Congrats on getting the surgery!

Do you have enough upper arm strength to sort of lift yourself a little bit and rub those 'itchy' places up and down with the mattress?
