Can you please rate the femur lengthening methods from the worst (with more possible side effects) to the best (with the least possible side effects) and how much can be gained without increasing the chances of getting these side effects?

you should rate femur by doctors:

Dangerous: jamal, sarin, parihar, russia, vietnam, salameh

Risky: guichet, monegal, philli.

Good: Donghoon, birkholtz, all US surgeons, betz

Rozbruch  is the top 3 in terms of cost $$$

but imo is a world expert, bloody hell he is Chief of the Limb Lengthening  in HSS, you do not get to that position in
in THAT hospital, just for being good, you must be excellent
