Hello,
I am new to the world of limb lengthening and actually know very little of it. I am a 180cm male that is considering LL due to feeling short. I live in the Netherlands and the average height here is 182cm. I am 19 years old and most of the guys my age are 185cm-190cm. I'd like to gain about 10 centimeters. My stats are:
wingspan: 192cm
Height: 180cm
I don't know how to measure inseam but my legs are relativly long compared to my torso.
I am in doubt between doing LL or a spinal stabilization threatment, since I'd rather boost my torso. I've read about it on a forum dedicated on male atheastics which I will link below if thats allowed.
My main concern is wether or not the doctor would accept me since I am considered tall or well above average in other countries. Also Is my wingspan long enough for 190cm? I've read that your wingspan should ideally be 2 inches longer then your height.
If everything goes as planned I'd do the following sugeries: spinal stabilization threatment for 5 cm and 5 cm in tibia since my femur is already pretty long.
I don't know if race and parental height are also a factor but I will list them incase it is.
Father: 172cm
Mother: 160cm
Race: Mediteranne (turkish and italian).
I'd love to hear what people with greater knowledge then I have to say, but please don't try telling me I am tall enough because I am not.
What does incel site means? And can you elaborate why the spinal stabilization threatment wont be effective? Have you read the paper that I linked? I am openminded to doing LL alone, but I doubt 10 cm would be realistic then.

I will read it and return here in a bit
Okay I have removed it, thank you!
Thank you for your insight! I appreciate it. I agree with you, the reason this surgery apealed so much to me is that the recovery time is so much shorter, also the price is considerably cheap compared to LL. I haven't researched it enough though, I don't know if it will bring complications after and wether or not your mobility will be compromised. I just want to avoid lenghtening my legs as much as possible since I am concerned that after 5cm I will look disporpotional and lose a great deal of my mobility. This surgery seemed perfect, but you've made me realize I should be more critical and research futher. If its indeed the case and I will be limited in many ways after I will have to make peace with doing solely LL.

At that height you are 6 INCHES taller than the average woman in the West, possibly 8 inches taller than any in other parts of the world. There's minimal to no positives in height advantage for you doing this. You are crippling yourself for no reason. Wear a 2 inches lift and u wont ever have an issue with dating caused by your height.
Thank you for your imput, still gonna go for 190cm
And sure 6cm femur and 3.5cm tibia with stryder method will cripple myself, if anything males that are taller are better canidates and are less of a risk.
