I was doing general training for an hour, not too hard.
 Tensions increased after 4cm.
 Especially the hamstring muscle.

I do more hamstring exercises now.
These movements are essential for comfortable stretching.

I can easily do the movements that the PT will do on my own.

My process is knee bending etc. and  my situation is under control.
Every day I evaluate the situation with my friend.

In case of any problem or to get information, we immediately consult my doctor.

So I didn't need PT service.
if necessary, I can call the PT.

PT status varies from person to person.
Every person's age, muscle strength, muscle height, flexibility, etc. is different.

A separate PT work plan should be made for everyone.

Incorrect PT may do more harm than good to the patient.

im looking at the xrays again and theres no callus formation at all. i know, youre not yet done distracting, but is this normal to have no visible callus now?

the formation of callus varies from person to person.

i take the necessary vitamins, etc.

The process continues under the doctor's control.

We may see this in the future.

Day 58:

Lengthened: 4,5 cm
(+/- may vary)

Lengthening continue and 5 cm is almost reached.

As I wrote in my previous post, my status for PT is under control and so far I have not needed PT, I hope not LON Femur with Dr. Mustafa Uysal (Turkey) Feb-23-2022

My left leg is slightly behind my right leg.  The strong one is my right leg, so it's normal.

After 4 cm, the hamstring muscle begins to stretch.  So don't forget to do hamstring workouts.

After a certain lengthening, the nails begin to put more pressure.

For me, the nail bases started to hurt more when moving.

 I don't use daytime  painkillers.
I use painkillers to sleep comfortably at night.  (paracetamol)

Other than that, I have no problems.
