Lon on femurs is always a bad idea.
I hope that things would go well for you though but you put too many risks with going to one of the worst third world countries in terms of hygiene to do LL and even more to do felur lon.
In Canada the average income is big so you should have avoided places like India where only very desperate men with very low income go for LL.
Anyway, don't exaggerate with legthening because monorails are prone to.misalignments even with im nail and they have zero weight bearing abilities that don't help the im nail to be more stable and misalignments are very common in such cases.
Also your callus seem very weak. What does your doctor say about it?

Keep strong!

Don't judge an entire country based on negative stereotypes you have heard, especially if you have not been there, that's not cool. I am here and i can tell you ,not all the 1.3 billion people in india are dirty, especially not their hospitals. The hospital were I did my surgery is one of the best and cleanest around here , even by canadian standards. My doctor is quite good and he specifically put my monorails intentionally to avoid misalignment, so I'm not worried about that. I know monorails are not fully weight-bearing but i am a pretty skinny guy and I have been standing and walking using a walker, with a lot of my weight on the walker and it's been going well so far. I chose India because I was going to take a risk most doctor in the US and Canada would advice against, I plan to lengthen 9cm in one segment. I don't want to go through the pain and risks of quadrilateral, plus I am a student so, I am tight on funds. And before you start telling me about all negative like non union or uneven leg proportion, i'm aware of everything and I am doing it anyways. As for my callus, you are right, it could be much better, so my doctor is making me slow down to 0.75mm daily, so we can see what happens, hopefully it improves.
