163, 70-72kg - I'm fit and very flexible, no smoking or drinking, I eat quiet healthy. My immune system is pretty good too
Goal: LON femur (6-7cm)
Firstly, I live in istanbul, I'll have the surgery and then go home after the hospital release. I'll get 1 x-ray per month. I jog and stretch almost daily, I have organized a PT experienced in orthopedic and soft tissue rehab too come to my apartment 4 days a week. I have bought a mini cycling machine, muscle cream, and a walker to deal with life at home, home exercises etc. Am I missing anything? and if u have any suggestions please tell me! especially those who have done LON femur before. I'm all ears and want to listen to u so write here or pm me please.
If anybody has experienced osteomyelitis or Staphylococcus aureus or knows how to prevent or treat it if it happens also let me know. I hope I get some valuable info guys 
This surgery and possibly another one if this goes well will change my life forever, and 70% of my in securities will be gone drastically changing my life for the better. My doctor is my god right now.

What is your problem. I'm trying to get serious info. I'm about to have my bloody legs broken. I'm tired of fake diaries.
I literally told u I would prove that im not working for anyone nor am I posting fake diaries could you leave bro, ffs this is very serious.
There have also been many people with successful stories. I'm not a knuckle head im listening to you, im trying to work out, why things go wrong with one person but not the other? Is it bone size etc
I don't recommend anyone to take limb lengthening surgery before visiting former patients of limb lengthening companies. Also, dont trust limb lengthening companies for their former patients, because they are showing just their successful patients (or a patient). They are just company and their aim is selling surgery.
