-No problem where you sleep with the laptop..

-sitting still for a long time is tiring for desktop pc,but it does not prevent you from working with rest..

hi,as of today
 I have exceeded 5 cm..I feel the tension in my legs

fixators are uncomfortable, but this method is like this..

but I'm starting to have pain, and we're extending it. dr.la we talked and dropped 0.75..

as of yesterday, I started taking minoset painkillers..parol remains ineffective

I'm writing what I'm going through...last 3 cm left..I'll go for a checkup.I don't have any problems in the general sense

I almost have to be patient.if you want a share from me, please write..

Hi Ayhan,

Stay strong my man, little more left and then it gets easier. Little word of advice, if the pain gets too bad sometimes just do what I do and take breaks every now and again, especially if it is pinsite pain. Best of wishes to you and hope you have a great Recovery.

Thank you for updating us with your diary. one question to you, are you able to climb the stairs? at which day were you able to go up and down the stairs. I have 3 stairs in my house and I am wondering if I will be able to climb up and down the stairs  3-4 weeks after the operation.

I had to climb 25 stair steps so you should also be able. I used crutches

I am extremely happy that I made the right decision after meeting with many doctors..

I've reached 4 cm now..my height before 162 my goal is 8 cm..(DAY 1MM)

my pain condition when I first came out of surgery 10/7 but that pain didn't last long.

my pain was at very, very low levels with serum and painkillers..this was unexpected for me

but I thought it would be very painful..I'm going through a painless process in a general sense

I was in the hospital for 15 days.I did my first extension with the doctor

After my stitches were removed and all the checks were done, I returned home

the time I had the most difficulty was the time on the plane..

I used 13 parol painkillers until I got to 4 cm..I used 13 parol painkillers at different times until I reached 4 cm

parol is a very weak painkiller..I'm not taking any painkillers right now..

I'm a guy who likes to work, and it's a little hard to get used to everything slowing down during that time

had any problems until this time..

I suggest that friends who will have surgery in Turkey seriously investigate..

although I don't write a diary every day, I'll try to enter and inform you until my extension is over..

if you write down what you want from me and what you are interested in, I will answer.

Thanks man for answer, I am hopefully I will be able to climb the stirs in my house after 3-4 weeks. I have about 48 stairs to climb though. I will only need to do those stairs when I want to go for an X-Ray.
