Hello everyone. First of all, thank you so much for your information about LLS. 2years and 7months before, I got surgery. And now, I recovered my physical ability perfectly. Recently, I could run 50m sprint in 7.4 seconds. Before I got the surgery, this forum was very helpful. So I'd like to give back. I posted some videos about my recovery process in below link.
