Hi mate, I am doing well thanks. Back to work, I work in a restaurant, so I walk a lot daily. My walking is okay, still not 100% normal but I can say that I have done zero physiotherapies since I left Istanbul so, that is on me and no sports yet. I highly recommend doing physiotherapy, stretching and exercises all the time. Just from stretching, I feel so much better.

Hi, I am glad that you are doing well after the surgery. You can do simple stretching exercises now?
Quote from: Black Android on June 27, 2022, 08:38:24 PMThank you for sharing your experience and all the best with recovery. I'm also considering to go with Buldu for LON tibia.
Some questions:
1. Did you encounter any pinsite problems throughout the journey?
2. Have you seen any patients doing LON tibia but with the Taylor Spatial Frame? I'm asking this because I may require TSF to correct my bowleg issue at the same time of lengthening.
Hi man,
1. No, I was lucky with no pin site infections, barely anyone did the LON tibia when I was there but, for the ones that did, I didn't hear anyone having that issue.
2. No, they only do that monorail and Precice unfortunately.

Infections have always been a barrier to people wanting to do LL. With better understanding of LL, infection risks should be much lower now I think.

Can you share what kind of exercises have you been doing so that you cured your ballerina in 10 days? Is it really cured or its still there but just if you stretch 30 minutes before you start walking exercises it stretches out?
I did 5 cm as well and got my frames off 5 weeks ago and after the 2 weeks of rest prescribed by my doctor I am now 3 weeks into my therapy and still have 1.5 cm ballerina before I stretch it out by standing up straight against the wall for 15-20 minutes.
Are you able to upload a video of you walking, as you said "normally", with crutches as well as without crutches?
If worried about anonimity just crop your upper body and leave just the legs.
Thanks in advance!
Hi mate, congrats to 5cms, just want to let you know I did 6cm, not to compare anything but just to let you know. I am the worst example of a good patient when it comes to post-op exercises and stretching, I bet I could do much better if I kept doing what I've been told. So on that part I'm not for too much help.
My ballerina disappeared fully around 3 - 4 weeks post-op, as long as you do exercises it will eventually disappear for you too. People are different.
I will not upload a video but if you wanna add me on Whatsapp or something I can send you a video I made today.
Hope you get a great recovery.

Thanks mate, seems so. Not fun to hear that people got complications.
